Ultimate DMS is fully integrated and intuitive.  The system provides value-added offerings that include web-based customer self-service, multi-locations, as well as business intelligence analysis and reporting.  Ultimate DMS allows these individual systems to integrate into one seamless business structure.  The system is robust and comprehensive in functionality.

Ultimate DMS eliminates time and resource-consuming manual processes, while streamlining a dealer’s various businesses.  The software allows management team enough time to focus on customer relationships, and the business of selling and servicing vehicles.  Real time information is provided concerning business performance to enable more efficient and timely decisions.  Ultimate  DMS allows customers to operate dealerships within the structured provisions of government and manufacturer’s mandates, and fully integrate with the Dealer Communications Systems (DCS); this enables two-way communication for an increasing number of tasks.  These tasks include ordering vehicles and parts, applying for incentives, and warranty reimbursement.

 

Business Intelligence Modules

The Marketing Analyst (Service Reminder/Marketing Program):  The Company’s service reminder program will be a dynamic campaign targeted to all VINs sold by the dealership, as well as VINs serviced at some point by the dealership’s service department.  The program consists of a pre-defined schedule of service depending on the make, model, and year of the vehicle.  Minor and major service intervals will be defined, with reminders for service sent to the owners on bi-weekly basis.  The coupons/promotions offer changes based on the behavior of the customer and how s/he responds.

The system includes a suite of analytical reports that (among other things) will measure the effectiveness of the campaign, as well as the response count, revenue-per-campaign, and promotions offered.

The Financial Analyst (Up-to-the-minute Consolidated Financial Reporting):  This service will allow clients to see the financial picture of their enterprise in immediate and comprehensive detail.  This will include all typical financial statements and any custom reports a client deems necessary; this allows the client to research and handle any spikes and abnormalities as they occur.  This will result in the accounting period closing in a day, instead of weeks.

The Inventory Analyst (Inventory Management):  The Company will make inventory management and optimization available for vehicle ordering.  This system uses the analytical data from item movement to forecast the order list.  Inventory management will generate the optimum product mix for maximum profitability and inventory turnover.

Item movement answers the following questions (for all locations in multi-location installations):           

ü     Which vehicles are selling quickly (vehicle velocity)?

ü     At the current vehicle velocity, how many days will my inventory last?

ü     Which vehicles have been in stock for 30, 60, 90, (etc.) days?

ü     What is my profit per vehicle?

ü     Which vehicles are selling during which time of year?

ü     Which events (for example: holiday weekends) are selling more?

The Parts Analyst (Parts Management):  Parts management answers the following questions (for all locations in multi-location installations):

ü     What parts are we selling, and who are our customers?  (This is a new vehicle marketing opportunity, allowing forecasts associated with repair orders or sales.)

ü     What parts are selling together?  (This is a sales opportunity for parts that were not initially asked for.)

ü     What parts are selling quickly (part velocity)?

ü     What is our per vendor profit?
